At Gallagher & Associates, I served as Chief Creative Officer, helping lead the creative vision for one of the world’s leading experience design studios.

Working across museums, cultural organisations, brands and visitor destinations, my role was to bring greater clarity, ambition and creative consistency to the studio’s work. I helped shape ideas at the intersection of storytelling, design, technology and place — ensuring that every project was grounded in meaning, emotionally resonant, and built around the audience experience.

As G&A’s first Chief Creative Officer, my role extended beyond creative leadership into growth, business development and company positioning. Acting across both creative and commercial responsibilities, I helped grow the company through numerous successful new business opportunities, leading and shaping pitch strategy, authoring major proposals, developing creative narratives, and delivering presentations that helped define the studio’s offer and ambition.

I also carried key CMO responsibilities, including the development and stewardship of G&A’s Experience is Everything platform — a strategic expression of the company’s belief that experience is one of the most powerful forms of communication. This platform helped clarify how G&A presented itself to clients, partners and the wider industry, connecting the studio’s creative philosophy with its business development, marketing and growth efforts.

Throughout my time at G&A, I worked closely with creative directors, strategists, designers, producers and leadership teams to strengthen creative standards, mentor senior talent, support new business growth, and help position the company around the power of meaningful human experiences.

My time at G&A brought together many of the things I care about most: brave ideas, rigorous craft, collaborative teams, cultural storytelling, strategic growth, and the creation of places and experiences that help people connect with history, identity, community and the world around them.
